You can only enter the race via Entry Central. There are no entries on the day except for the 3k fun run

For the 10k race anyone who will be aged 15 or older on or before the 6th May 2019 may apply for entry to the race. There is no age restriction for the 3k fun run, although children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult

Applications will be accepted up to entry limit (400 for each race) in the order of date received, subject to entry closure date

Closing date for all entries is midnight on Wednesday 1st May 2019 or when the race limit has been reached, whichever comes first

In the interest of health & safety the Race Director at his discretion may reduce the entry limit.

This includes the wearing of any clothing or visual message that may cause offence

Runners must not cross finish line twice (i.e. please do not go back to accompany a friend or relative over the finish line to avoid issues with the recording of results)

If any partially sighted athlete needs a guide to help them round the course there will be no entry fee for the guide, although obviously they would not be participating in the race in their own right and are running entirely at their own risk

The decision of the Race Referee in terms of prize allocations is final and the Race Director will not enter any discussions on this matter

By entering the event you give permission for relevant information you have provided to our first aid providers

By entering the event you agree that we may publish your Personal Information as part of the results of the Event and may pass such information to the governing body or any affiliated organisation for the purpose of insurance, licences or for publishing results either for the event alone or combined with or compared to other events.
